Collecting and processing of personal data of clients, suppliers and other contractors.
We like to point out to you that we will use and process the personal data that you give us because this is necessary to make a possible agreement with you and to execute this. This applies to our (potential) clients and to the parties from whom we purchase business and/or services.
If you are our (potential) client then we will use your information to send you an offer, to be able to determine which specifications or wishes a certain matter or service has to adhere to, to be able to deliver matters or work for you, to be able to invoice you and to communicate with you in an expedient manner about the execution aspects of the agreement.
If you are a (potential) supplier or other contractor, then your personal information is also necessary to close and execute the agreement. In case of purchasing it is necessary to let you know to inform you to which specifications or demands a certain matter or service has to adhere to as far as we are concerned, to be able to send an offer or to place an order with you, to be able to pay your invoices and to communicate with you in an expedient manner about other aspects of the agreement.
You are under no obligation to give us your personal information. However, if you give us no or insufficient personal information it is possible that we cannot execute the aforementioned actions.
Transmission to others
In connection with the execution of a possible agreement with you it is possible that we have to give personal data to parties that deliver parts, materials and products to use or perform work at our assignment. We also make use of Microsoft Office and the corresponding (cloud based) storage possibilities for emails and other files.
We take suitable technical measures to ensure that your personal data is secure and protected against unauthorised or illegal processing and against deliberate loss, destruction or damage. Your information is stored in a safe management environment that is only accessible for specific persons and not for the general public.
Storage period personal data
If you are our client or if you have requested a quote from us, then your personal data will be stored with us for the period of 7 years after the end of the administrative year in which the last contact occurred.
If you are a supplier with us or we have requested a quote from you, then we will store your personal data for a period of 7 years after the end of the administrative year in which the last contact occurred.
The period of 7 years agrees with the period in which we are obliged to hold on to our administration for the Tax Service. After this period has expired, we will remove your personal information.
We use camera surveillance. This is justified in our interest because we want to secure our goods and protect the visitors and employees. The camera images are stored for a maximum of 4 weeks. If an incident was captured, then the images concerned will be removed after this incident has been dealt with.
You have the right to ask us to review your own personal information. If there is a reason for it, you can also request us to make an addition to your personal data or to change incorrect information. You also have the right to erase your personal data or to limit the use of your personal data. You may also object against the collection and use of your data or file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
Finally, you may request us to gain your personal data or to transfer that information to another party.
